Hi.

There's seems to be an error when outputting xls or xlsx files from records search results in that the event date isn't being included. This is the same for baptisms, marriages and burials.

Could this please be corrected as it seems to be a recent problem.

Also, I think it would be useful in future to also include the collection title against the record.

Thanks.

Tony

    Hi @Antony Jordan

We are aware of the problem that exists with some of the xls and xlsx files which are missing some of the information that is included on a record. We are working to try to have this corrected. Since you did not provide any specific examples in your post we cannot forward a specific concern to the specialty team that is investigating this issue.

You are welcome to provide specific examples if you wish to have us forward them for review, however, we wanted you to be aware that we are working on the problem.

We also appreciate your suggestion about including the collection title against the record. When you have ideas and suggestions about additional enhancements that would be beneficial for everyone that works at FamilySearch, please consider going the the Ideas field on the left to post your suggestion. Providing your feedback in this location has several benefits as described in the knowledge article that we have provided:

@Antony Jordan Try your export of search results again, please. Engineers believe they have it working correctly now. Let us know if it's still missing data that was in the indexed record. Sorry for the glitch.
