When I open this it shows that the Duplicate Image has not been selected.
You have to put in the number of the image that these are duplicates of in the lower box by clicking on the down arrow. For instance, on Image 3, you need to click on Image 2 from the drop=down box as I have done in this screenshot. Sometimes it gets a little glitchy and you have to try twice. ;)

The best way to get an accurate answer is to post the batch code so others can see what you are seeing. The batch code is the series of letters/numbers in brackets after the project title at the top of your screen.

If it is gone from your My Batches cache, it submitted. If it is gone, I will tell you why the Quality Check usually flags the Duplicate Images. It generally wants to you check and make sure that you have put the correct number of the duplicate on the form.

images 1,2 &4 are originals - 3 5 & 6 are duplicates of 2& 4 but it won’t accept duplicate
