Here is a copy of the Family Search profile for John Beale. According to this file, John Beale 1767-1809, died on October 21, 1809 in Botetourt County, Virginia. I'm looking for a copy of his will and probate and estate records.

@beykaren, you have asked for help finding the will and estate papers of John Beale of Botetourt county, Virginia - 1809. FamilySearch holds probate records for Botetourt county, although Estate records do not appear to be included.
I was able to find a related record for John Beale, however, in the Catalog page, Will books, 1770-1869; general indexes to wills, 1770-1972. As you notice, once you click the title, these are records for Botetcourt county, Virginia.
I have found a record for John Beale in Film 30695, with a DGS # 7644336: Will books, v. A-C 1770-1824. It is found at page 251 of vo. A (image 419); for you convenience you can see this page, having signed into FamilySearch, by clicking HERE. The record continues for several pages, ending at page 256.
This record describes an action, ordered by the court, to distribute the land owned by the deceased to the the surviving widow (i.e., her dower) and heirs. This record will provide you a great deal of information.
This, however, is not the will for John Beale. That document would, of course, precede the above record, so you will want to search the preceding pages for your ancestors will.
I hope that you will find that this record pertains to the specific "John Beale" that you are looking for and that it provides much information to help further your research.
