I am glad someone has asked that Question. This is the first time I have encountered this particular form and I did note that the example used the age in the white column. if there is no age in the white column but an age in the gray column I assume we would use that age. Please see sec. 4 in this Example:

Sorry we are late to respond this question.

To answer this question can you please share the batch number, the example link you shared with us looks like you have submitted the batch.

Sorry as the Question had gone on to page two and had no response, I Left the ages as shown in the gray column of section 4 of that particular batch and yes submitted the batch.

The upper section of the document had ages in both columns. I do not have a record of the batch number.

In future I will include that with the Question.

It was in group M of that project and I submitted it on the 30th I believe. I tried to see if I could locate a similar example but that project seems to have vanished for now!
