Ordinance completed change to enable identifying which ones I have reviewed

When I get notification of ordinances which have been completed, I like to back in and review the name/s and do a search around them to see if I have missed anything or anyone. I have been doing 20 or more ordinances each day that the temple is open. This complicates the review process I described above because it is difficult to remember which ones I have reviewed and which I have not reviewed.

Here is my suggestion:

It would be good if there was a check box where I could quickly mark and identify which names have been reviewed that would save automatically.

Or, If there was a box that would change the background color such as is done in ordinance ready when a name has been already printed.

Or a folder that all reviewed names could be moved to once reviewed.

Thank-you you are doing a great job!

Dale
