    Translated information from above question:

Recover the account of my father who passed away

My father passed away on June 23 of this year, he worked a lot on his family history and therefore had a lot of information about his family, including the living ones (dates, places, records and memories) and these are data that would interest us recover since he tried hard to get to that point and we would like to continue with that, however in the neighborhood he attended they gave his death certificate and therefore the account was blocked and we are not allowed to enter.

Is there a way to get his account back so I don't lose all that information?
