Where do I find the "button" that lets me put in a question on the Ideas or any other topic area??
For us newbies we need instructions on all the pages that tell us what to do - like: go to XXX topic & do XXX to get a place to put in your question or comment. Otherwise it is EXCEEDINGLY Confusing & Frustrating to try to figure out what does what.

It used to be so simple to ask a question or point out a problem - & the response was promised within 24 hours - & that Promise was kept !! Now, it's like we are being pushed farther & further away & response delayed as if you really don't want to hear from us anymore. It's getting more & more complicated to leave a message & things change without any instructions left behind to explain the changes. You are complicating yourselves right out of functionality.
