German Baptism Records

For the last several weeks I have been attaching sources to German records. Many of them have a baptism date and location but is attaching that date into "custom" under "other information" as opposed to "vitals". This doesn't trigger the ordinance square to go green but keeps it orange. When I manually transfer the data from "custom" "baptism" to "Christening" the ordinance goes green and can be booked. Is there anyway that the term "baptism" can be triggered to add the data under "christening" so it doesn't have to be manually entered. The manual entry can get forgotten when there are several names on the same source meaning that person's status remains orange.
