Why can't I see all of the available batches to index?

I am trying to find a batch to index and I can only see the first 4. It says there are 41 available but it will not let me scroll down or expand the size of the screen.

That is very odd. Please try clearing your cookies and browsing history. When these haven't been cleared in awhile it sometimes messes with FamilySearch. Here are the steps

    Steps (website)

If you clear all cookies, it can affect your access to other websites. Try these steps first:

    1. Make sure you use a supported Internet browser.
    2. Delete just the cookies that FamilySearch uses.
      1. Go to https://FamilySearch.org/cookies.
      2. When the message Reset your cookies? appears, click Yes.
    3. If the problems still occur, clear all of your temporary files and cookies. Then restart your computer. Please search the web for instructions for your specific browser.
    4. If you still have problems, delete your autocomplete history. Search the web for instructions for your specific browser.
    5. (Optional) Reset your cookie preferences on FamilySearch.

If this does not work, try another browser. Sometimes there is a glitch and another browser works just fine. The browsers that FamilySearch supports are

    • Apple Safari—the current version and one previous
    • Google Chrome—the current version and one previous
    • Microsoft Edge—the current version and one previous
    • Mozilla Firefox—the current version and one previous

I would log out of the program first, close my browser, and then return to FamilySearch and sign in again. If that doesn't work then I would do the above. But, sometimes things just get glitchy and need to be "reset".
