Beginner indexing batches in foreign languages for reviewers.

I know that once a person becomes a reviewer when they have reviewed 1000 batches that they can no longer work on beginning index batches. I had a suggestion. I know that the majority of indexed records are english. I think it would be nice for reviewers to still index beginner records, but only if they are in a foreign language. I think this might also promote for people to begin working on indexing work in other languages, because the majority of records I know are not in English.

Becoming a Reviewer does not prevent a person from indexing Beginner level batches.
