Why is low score shown when all records are rated High or Medium?
This Rating/Scoring System is not helpful, makes it seem as if information has to be redone and redone and redone and redone until unknown acceptable perfection, fixed, fixed, fixed until what must be unknown acceptable perfection, when information is already clear. Multiple appropriate sources can be attached to someone and rating says Low, yet on another person maybe 2 are attached and Score will say High, with interpretation not as clear or detailed as the one shown Low. It is my opinion this Scoring is not helpful, gives potential for making more problems and creating a mess of already diligently worked on profiles by Contributor/s, is confusing and whoever comes else along thinking nothing is right. It's a distraction in my opinion, and I prefer not to be in School and Scored here. It's frustrating. Am sorry for going on and on....

@GinaHall Fowler If you can share a PID of on or more of the profiles troubling you, it is easier for someone to review and possibly help.

@GinaHall Fowler
Have you used the down arrow next to the rating, there it indicates what is needed.

I think instructions are needed to go along with this process, that just randomly appeared on the Person Profiles Pages. Then maybe we would know what to try. That would be helpful, rather than just winging it. Thanks for your suggestion.

@GinaHall Fowler when you click on 'Show Quality Details' in the Research Help section, it will open a section that looks like this:
Click on learn more for an article that explains the DQS. Hope this helps
