display time for pdf files in Memories

I have noticed in the last week or so - when I view a memories item that is a pdf - that it takes forever to display - I get a progress bar that displays for like 10 seconds as it is transferring for local display - before it actually displays.

Here is a sample pdf file that is only two pages and should display almost instantly.

But seems to take forever.

How long does it take to display when you click on the link?
(you might actually haver to select, copy and paste the link - if it is not a hyperlink)

I am using a computer with plenty of memory - using Windows 10 and Chrome browser
on a fast fiber connection.

I haven't heard any additional comments about pdf upload lag times, but I will bring this up to the team. Thanks for reporting.

Note that I am simply talking about the time to display an item clicked on from FS memories.
I am not talking about the actual upload or download of the file from/to my pc - just the display of a pdf in familysearch

others should be able to click on that same url I provided and see how low it takes them to display.

I'm interested to know if your pdfs are still taking a long time to display.

I tried your link; I also tried some of my own pdfs—but they all seem to be displaying quickly (enough).
