App Not Working on iPhone 8 - Hangs on Splash Screen
My daughter was excited to try the app and join my family group. The App Store didn't prevent the download and installation, which suggests the app is intended to work on her iPhone 8. However, when launching the app the splash screen displays and the app hangs there. She's running iOS version 16.7.10.
We've tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, ensuring the latest iOS verison is installed, etc. Still the splash screen just hangs.
