The SSDI does not show place of death. It shows place of last benefit delivered. The place in the SSDI should not be allowed to populate the place of death field.

On occasion, it does show a place of death. In Clara's case, the SSDI last residence field is mapped to FS Death death location, which is why we see the need for priority in death locations.

I don't mind that mapping, and prefer it to blank, since if you have a rough location for death, even a state, the search algorithm usually returns the state record.

The Community software still corrupts URLs on a line alone. The record is at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:JLZ2-BP6 and it shows "Place of Last Residence." If that is also where she died, that is coincidental, not a fact of the record.
