Is there an issue going on in the Planner and Notes function?

Is there an issue going on in the Planner and Notes function? If I try to add a note about a discovery etc...I cannot be save the note. I get red error message about refreshing page. I have refreshed and completely logged out and it keeps happening. I am just starting to use the planner to assist someone and wondered if there are issues with using it. I have watched the videos and followed the instructions.
