Error in "Notes" section of Helper planner

In setting up my very first helper planner I have gotten an error message when I tried to enter a "Note" The error reads "There was a problem saving the note, refresh the page to continue editing". I have refreshed several times, tried a different browser, deleted the person I was trying to help and re-invited and started over again, but nothing seems to get rid of the error in notes and it prevents me from adding a new note (which I tried). Any suggestions? and what did I do wrong?
