Let me start with a general comment. Christian is the mother's father, i.e. the child's grandfather, who is also a witness. Other witnesses are Susanna Wittwer, the child's grandmother, and Elisabeth Beutler, the child's aunt.
Marianne was born 01.10.1859, is illegitimate, no father mentioned.

In Switzerland, it was illegal to have an illegitimate child and the woman had to go through a court process. In this court process, she had to appear several times and the name of the father was revealed and he usually appeared as well.
Buchholterberg has church records, and that is the link that you sent in your question. In my own research, I have been working with the nearest large town, Oberdiessbach, and many of the records are there from Buchholterberg. Buchholterberg has no court records and I am wondering if those court records are in Oberdiessbach.
There are court records for Oberdiessbach, but you can only access them from the Familysearch Library in Salt Lake City. If you are near Salt Lake City or know someone who is and you really want to find the name of this child's father, that might be something you would want to explore.

You are correct: Buchholterberg became an independent parish in 1835 - prior to that the village belonged to (Ober-)Diessbach.
These court records (Chorgerichtsmanuale) are available on CD form GHGB (https://ghgb.ch/angebot-chorgerichtsmanuale-n-p.html) - but are not cheap: e.g. Oberdiessbach would cost you sfr 140.
