Hello again, Bruce,
I was able to find this record on FamilySearch. It's from Issum in Rheinland which is close to the Dutch border. I was able to look at a number of records before and after your record and was able to determine that this is written in Dutch. I was able to confirm that the baptismal date in your record is: 1 7bris 1726 = 1 September 1726. The scribe makes a large loop from the "7" to "bris" apparently to connect these. He does the same loop for other September dates after your record. The child's name is "Behl".
It would be best to post your translation request in the Belgium, Luxembourg, and The Netherlands community group: https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/14-belgium-luxembourg-and-the-netherlands
Here is my attempt at translation:
On the 1st of September 1726, Derck Raben and Gritjen Jägers on "Jagersguet"? had a daughter baptized: Behl. Witnesses: Hend[rik] Berlog?, Hermen Kolkmans in the La_____camp?, Mergrit Raben from Alpen, Behl Swaenen in La_______camp?

Thank you for response and translation. My limited records show Dereck Raben & Beel or Behl Lubbers were married 24 June 1749. I believe their marriage is listed in the same German Record (Marriages) 102662734 image 103. Image 130 in that same film, which I sent with for translation, is what I was hoping was either Derck Raben's or Behl Lubbers christening record. Apparently that is not correct.
I have Derck Raben and Beel or Behl Lubbers listed with 6 children (Arend, Johanna Gerdruth, Gritjen, Arndjen, Margaretha). I didn't know that there was a daughter Behl.
Thank for suggesting I send my request to the Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands community for translation.
