Which parish is it? If I check the film number, I get "Katholische Kirche Westbevern (Kr. Münster)" - which would be Prussia ... but this film doesn't seem to include marriage data.

Someone added this record to my Sidler line in Ottenbach, Zurich. I have done lots of research there and all of the Sidler records are Evengalical Reformed Church. I doubt this record fits with my line. The index says the record if from Ottenbach. As far as I know there is no Catholic Church in Ottenbach. I visited there in 2019.
FamilySearch doesn't like me removing Hans Ulrich and has added a tag which says: Important research has been done on this person. Please read these alert notes before making changes. I haven't seen that before. Am I wrong?

As an aside: I hate "Schweiz, Katholische und Reformiert Kirchenbücher, 1418-1996" as "source": It says an either reformed or cartholic church record in Switzerland from a time span of almsot 600 years - this is absolutely useless 🤬.
Agreed - Ottenbach ZH in 1732 will have been reformed only - to make sure we got the correct image (film number is obviously wrong) I recommend you check the original record - see https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/370406 (which I cannot open from home).
It is quite possible that Anna Hug was married twice: unfortunately the marriage records on this page do not include this sort of information (Jungfrau or Witwe or ...).
May I add a comment on discussion titles? I appreciate that you are giving titles more than just "Help needed with translation"! Film numbers are not useful, however (can be added in the text, though) - the parish is more important. Some time ago I had proposed a structure for discussion titles on https://community.familysearch.org/de/discussion/129680/what-title-would-be-best-for-postings and hope for many opinions: what do you think about this? Alternatively you could just adopt this format in your future postings 😉.

WSeelentag I read your discussion on formatting titles and like the ideas. In fact I like anything that will help translators. Translation is a difficult job and very few people have the skills and abilities needed to help us. I am happy to adopt your suggestions.
The reason I add film numbers and page numbers is so a translator can easily access the original record. The time and effort of translators in the Community is the best resource for those of us who are doing German/Swiss research.
Additionally, when I worked on my German line I asked for two or three translations a day. Over two years I made some amazing progress. I viewed my relationship and work with Robert Seal to be the most amazing thing to happen to me in my 40 years of FH research.
I can read names and dates and a few other German words but not much beyond that. I don't want to overuse or take advantage of translators. Do you think two or three a day is too much? what is just right? Kent

To avoid a misunderstanding: I don't mind film numbers in the text - but they should be correct (they aren't here 😮) ... even better would be a direct link.
In the title I prefer the parish name: the title for me is helpful to find a previous discussion (as unfortunately the search feature of this community leaves a lot of room for improvement). And I guess an incorrect parish name (typo) is much less likely than a typo with an 8-digit number ... apart from the fact that many films cannot be accessed from home (like Zürich - at least in Switzerland).

This will depend on the number of members doing translations. In the Germany group there seem to be quite a few ... in the Switzerland group there is less "competition" 😉. As far as I am concerned: I also moderate the Swiss sub-forums on https://www.geneal-forum.com/, which is quite time consuming (the way I do it). Some time ago you said you'd look into the forum - have you had a chance yet - and did you like it?
