I would appreciate an interpretation of the following birth record of Rosina Zbinden in Guggisberg, Bern, Switzerland, 18 March 1860. Thanks

Sonntag, den 18. März, eine uneheliche Rosina, geb. 28. Februar.

Mutter: Christina Zbinden, Peters u[nd] Elis[abeths] Zahnd, von hier, auf der Neßlern. Amtsger[ichts]-Spruch v[om] 16.Juni 1860.

Zeugen: Christian / Barbara / Katharina Zbinden, der Mutter Geschwister.

Schr[iften] (or Schein?) vers[andt] V.64.

Christina Zbinden, daughter of Peter and Elisabeth Zahnd, from here (Guggisberg), living auf der Neßlern, had an illegitimate daughter Rosina, born 28.02. and baptised 18.03.1860. The child being illegitimate, a district court had to deal with it, e.g. finalise that the father was not known/stated. God parents were the mother's siblings.

I am unsure about the final note: looks like some sort of certificate (e.g. a Heimatschein - required to get married) was sent - with reference to some register.
