Request translation on Household records
Hello,
I am trying to find a death record for Nils (Hansson) Tell. Tell is most likely a military surname. It is not his birth name. I found a record of his wife, Dorothea Persdotter and her death, as a widow, on 19-April-1857. There are two notes at bottom of page and one note mentions his name. Help-I can't read it.
Many thanks for any help!

Its intressting how a family can hide so well, As you allready have said there is no trace for them after the parish record 1844-1850, Eccept the Moveing out record for his wife Dorothea Pehrsdotter in 1854, some lines above, you can see there son Magnus Nilsson born 1841, were he move to Lund,
Nilsson Källström, Magnus
Vislanda Station Nr 50
Death: 21/1 1887. Vislanda (Kronobergs län, Småland).
Born: 29/6 1841 i Västra Kärrstorp (Malmöhus län, Skåne).
Widower: 28/4 1885
I can not fina any trace for Nils Tell what so ever , Im sorry

Ulf,
Thank you so much for looking. You mentioned all of the children and Magnus is certainly one of them but half of them were Dorothea's from her first marriage to a man named Ola Kjellsson. I find it interesting that Magnus and his brother Peter both took on the surname of Kjellström, which eventually became Källström. Peter is my direct ancestor. They had no actual connection to Kjellsson because Dorothea was a widow but perhaps the property was known as Kjellstorp and they used it as a basis of their new surnames.
Do you think I would be likely to find anything in military records?

In the Central Soldier's Registry, there is on Nils Hansson Tell. I have no idea if this person is the one you are looking for. Not all soldiers are in the registry. I also do not know how to find out which parishes or districts correspond to which companies.
