Missing parents Marriage License in Brunswick, Ga, Glynn Cty Ga. HELP...

My late parents eloped to Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia and was married on August 27, 1949. I have searched literally, every online index I can find. They do not seem to exist. I have 4 solid Log pages of my searches. Can someone help me or advise me where to go from here. I have even literally called every County in Georgia before I found a record of theirs's giving the date and city. Their name is William Horace Evans and Evelyn Ailine Page.  Any advice will be great.
