Empty Record Hints
I have an ongoing problem. I have Record Hints for two separate people show up each day. Their Record Hints are empty and there seems to be no way of dismissing them. All of the other Record Hints I get (from other members of the tree) are working fine. Thoughts?

When I've run into this (expanding the entry in the records hints list, nothing appears), I've usually been able to track the record in question down from the person's profile page.

@BruceTroutman Please provide PID's or screen shots for the empty record hints to help engineers /techs see what you experience— ps I;m just an ordinary FS user, not a tech

@BruceTroutman When you look at the profile that is offered, do they have any hints? If not and if you have the mobile app available on a phone, I suggest that you look there in the Tasks lists. If the person's profile appears in that list, then you may be able to Remove (right-swipe and tap) it. The app works differently from the website; the app removes the whole profile from the list in one action whereas the website can only IGNORE one hint at a time.
I remember having this happen to me a year or two ago.

When I lok at the individual profile, they have no hints showing.
