Get Sources From Book

On my last trip to the SLC library I found a book , "Rauenzahner To Routson: A Family On The Move" that has some references to my 4GG George Welk on pages 433 and 434 which I copied. Unfortunately I neglected to copy the sources which the authors used for this information and cannot find any sources to verify some of this information.
Could someone at the SLC library copy the source information from the book and send it to me?
