My great grandparents were married in Lambs Pennsylvania in 1879.
names: Marvin Aldrich and Harriet Steiger. I am looking for her parents. Can anyone tell me where Lambs Pennsylania is located and if I can find marrige records for this area?

I can't see that Marriage listed as a source there, nor can I find it on a Historical Records or Full Text search. Nor can I find Lambs as a Pennsylvania location in FamilySearch's Places lists. Do you have any evidence to back up this marriage location?
You could try contacting the user who added the unsourced Marriage event on Marvin's profile (click on their username in the change log), though they are not obliged to respond.
The George Aldrich Genealogy appears to list Marvin's father Silas (393.iv.) as given on Marvin's profile, but not Marvin himself, unfortunately.

Looking at the map of Richland Township, where they were living in 1880, there's a place called Lamertine 5 miles north. It could be the clerk misheard that as Lambs?

The Pennsylvania Gazetteer lists several locations that begin with "Lambs."
Harriet and Marvin's first few children are said to have been born in NYS. The marriage location may be closer to NYS. And it may not be a location that still exists today.
