Is there an error in processing reviews of previously indexed records?
When I use the "Get Involved" process to review records previously indexed—I assume by machine—I'm getting kicked out of the review software after a number of records have been changed. Generally, I can do up to 20 records in one batch without a problem. However, on too many occasions, if I attempt to continue reviewing records rather than exiting and allowing the system to update the totals, the software gives me a message saying there was an error in processing, please try again. I can only Reset or Exit the record. If I stay under 20 records reviewed at one time, exit the process and go back in again from Get Involved, it seems to accept the record totals without error. It just seems to me that there should be a way to do more than 20 records at a time. However, the process is well done and it's a great boost to my ability to review many records at a time.

To help you with this issue, could you please let me know which process you are using in Get Involved? There are Quick Name Review, Full Name Review, Indexing Review (limited to Portugal at this time), and Verifying Places. From your post, I thought you might be participating in the Expert Record hints pilot activity. If you could please let me know what review process you are using, I might have a better idea of how to help you.

@dancingintherain the OP talks about 'review[ing] records previously indexed' - that sounds to me like Indexing Review, since it isn't what the others do.
