Findagrave records that do not match the actual record

I've noticed a trend of very faulty findagrave records with respect to the cemetery name (and to a lesser extent other records).

Is anyone else seeing this sort of thing?
Given the age of the original record, I'd say the cemetery name resolution was an adendum to the original record….

@CMBAN This has been widely reported over the last month (maybe a dozen separate discussions). If you search for "findagrave" and filter by date for the last month or so, you'll see what I mean. The FamilySearch engineers are working on fixing this.
