Searching with middle initial
This is probably obvious, or has been asked before, but if I know the first name, the last name, and the middle initial, can I restrict the search results to that? It seems like the only options are the full middle name or nothing. Are there wildcard characters? (If it is obvious, my excuse is that I'm new to this.)

And, yes, you can use wildcards. ? substitutes for a single letter, * substitutes for multiple letters.
