Is requesting pictures of microfilm acceptable?
There are records of my GG grandmother and her siblings that are on microfilm. We are in Cincinnati, and are unable to make it to Utah. Is it acceptable to request copies or pictures of the birth records?

Is the record restricted to view only in Utah? Microfilm has been digitized, and a large percentage of the images can be viewed at a FamilySearch Center or Affiliate Library.

The records that I am looking for are only available in Utah and Ft Wayne, IN. Ft Wayne had all but one of the microfilms.

Thank you for being willing to help, unfortunately, the film that I am looking for shows up as being at Ft Wayne, but wasn't there when we visited yesterday.
