Lookup Request in book at Salt Lake FamilySearch library
I hope someone would be so kind as to look up one page in "Candler's Suffolk & Essex pedigrees: Items 1-2, Candler's Suffolk & Essex pedigrees/ Philip Candler; transcribed by Joseph L. Chester."
I was able to view it remotely on Familysearch.org, Film # 008048511, but the film is no longer available for remote viewing. The way the restriction is worded leads me to believe the film is not available at all, not even at a Family History Center.
Familysearch Support informed me the book is available in the Salt Lake FamilySearch library on floor B2.
Is there someone who could send me a copy of the one page image 297 of 541?

Unfortunately, Please do not request for others to provide or share restricted images from FamilySearch or other custodial entities through our FamilySearch Community. These restrictions are in place to honor agreements and other laws. Copyright issues may be involved.

My local library is one of the top 3 genealogy libraries in the country. I checked their catalog, as well as WorldCat, but I don't see a copy of that book available elsewhere.I'm sorry. I would have been happy to help.

If the physical book/item is sitting on a shelf in the FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City and available for use by the general public, is it acceptable to provide a list of researchers and volunteers in Utah from Cyndi's List who might be able to assist the requestor?

I do not wish to entice anyone to break copyright rules, so in place of asking for a copy, could someone please look at image 297 of 541 and let me know if Walter Anstye's wife is listed as Margaret Herne or _______ Herne?

The dates have been edited to be 1869-1870 as this is when the book was created according to the notation within the book.
When looking at books such as these which hold pedigrees, we have to look at when the information was compiled instead of what the ranges of the dates are for the information held within the book. This helps us stay within the bounds of copyright laws for things such as these. As this was someone else collecting the information from the Candler’s original books, the date will reflect when the collector put the information together.

I do not think I understand your reply that the "images have been made available." I just checked the film number and it is still restricted. Could you please clarify this? Thank you.
