@karenrasmussen Was the patron using a library computer or their own laptop? Sometimes, I've been unable to view limited-access records at my affiliate with my own PC, but I could access from one of the library's PCs.

@karenrasmussen Yes, the message correctly matches the access for a public account. The patron should be able to open the film at an affiliated library. Let us know if the problem is not resolved.

I hadn't visited my Affiliate Library in a few weeks, but I stopped in today. I verified that I can view the record for Simon Dumbrowska at the AL.0
