    You will want to probably use a third-party program to achieve this. FamilySearch will only print limited generations.

    If you want full control (fonts, colors, number of generations, custom layouts), use a FamilySearch‑certified program:

    • RootsMagic
    • Legacy Family Tree
    • Ancestral Quest

    These programs can:

    • Download your entire FamilySearch tree
    • Generate book‑quality charts
    • Print wall charts up to 20+ generations
    • Export to PDF for professional printing

    You can print some views of your tree directly from FamilySearch. For example, in the Fan View, Click the Options button to open Print.
