I am looking for a probate case file 1518 for Hinds County Mississippi for Francis Martin.
I can look in other cases around it but when I click on the specific images I need it says the image is restricted. I also could not access it at our local family search center. Is it available at the family search library? I am hoping to get the entire case packet which I think might be 103 pages. Possible film number 1738582.

Checking from the Images option, it appears that only 2 Items out of 47 on that DGS are partially available to view.

On Worldcat it shows a book located at the family history library in Salt Lake. Would all of the records be available inside it?

That's why I tagged a moderator who can check. It appears there may be an issue with the permissions.

@lindsaydodds1 Clearly there are permissions issues in this entire collection of probate case files, not just that film. We are in the process of converting many collections over to image (as opposed to group) restrictions, which should make more of our records accessible. However, the pattern of blocked images in these films appear to be at least partially in error.
I appreciate your patience as it may take some time to get these reviewed.
