CAN I SEARCH A CONTRIBUTOR FOR OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS
A PERSON POSTED AN IMPORTANT PHOTO AND SAID IT WAS FROM THE PHOTO ALBUM OF HIS GREAT NEPHEW. i WANT TO SEE IF THE POSTER HAS MORE THINGS ADDED

@Jeanette Pitcher you can't search for others' contributions, but you can contact the person by clicking on their username (they aren't obliged to respond, though).

Thank you @MandyShaw1 for the reply to this message. @Jeanette Pitcher Here are some things you can do and somethings you can't do.
CAN DO
Click on the contributor's name like Mandy said. On any memory(photo, document, story), the contributor's name appears under the item. If you click it, you can:
See their public profile, send them a message through FamilySearch, ask if they have more photos from the same album or family line. They don't have to respond, but many people do. Most people want to help if they are able.
Watch the person's profile (the ancestor)
If the photo was attached to a specific ancestor: Go to that ancestor's profile, Click follow, you'll get notifications when new memories are added by ANYONE. This won't show you everything the contributor uploads, but it will show anything they add to that ancestor.
Check the Latest Changes Tab
If the contributor has been active on that ancestor, you may see added memories, added sources, notes, edits. This can give clues about whether they're actively working on that family line.
CANNOT DO
You can't search a contributor's full gallery, you can't see all their uploads across FamilySearch, you can't browse their private or unlinked memories.
FamilySearch keeps contributor galleries private unless the contributor chooses to share.
