Essas restrições existem para cumprir acordos e outras leis. Questões de direitos autorais também podem estar envolvidas.

It is in fact possible to access 'FamilySearch Center only' material from any LDS Church building - see the relevant discussion in this thread:

There are two filmings of that register. One shows availability at a FamilySearch Center. The other shows currently unavailable.
