Why is this film restricted when others in the collection are not?

I'm trying to view a record in film 005418867 of the Canada, New Brunswick, Provincial Marriages, 1789-1950 collection (https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/collection/1824707) but all of the images in this specific film are coming up as restricted. It looks like the films before and after this one are accessible, so I'm curious why this particular one is not?

I've tried viewing it both at home and at an affiliate library and had the same experience both times. Any guidance is appreciated!

    For @SerraNola when you're back.
    There are several restricted DGS within the NB marriages collections that seem unusual based on dates.

    @Ida1328 This does appear that it could be an error in restriction, but not one that's easily fixable. It will have to be reviewed and may take some time. Thank you bringing it to our attention.
