You’re not missing anything — there is currently no Like button in FamilySearch Memories. The email campaign is real, but the feature it refers to has not been released everywhere yet. The engineers got ahead of themselves and sent out the email too soon. The update gets pushed out around the world at different times and will eventually reach your area. I hope that helps explain the missing button.

@LizHinkle, let me help clarify this issue.
Unfortunately, in Memories, the "Bookmark" option is literally the same as a "Like." Really, they are exactly the same thing. Sorry for the confusion from the campaign team—they didn't know Memories was still calling it Bookmark (rather than "Like").
