Films Locked Out - 2043061 (Items 1-5)
Why is this film locked out now? It never used to be. Indexes for church books in Vukovar.

@StephenDespot This film contains births up to 1948. Perhaps these were allowed before, but now they are not.

Makes no sense though because look at this:
Birth indexes 1913 and up locked out. This is just an index of names only.
All death index pages locked out for years 1830-1948. All of film 2043061, but you can go down a couple films in the list and get all the death records and see them up to 1920, just can't utilize the index pages to look a name up quicker.
Marriage indexes all available for all years up to 1948.
You sure this isn't some sort of mistake because we found out that some of these films getting locked out recently were done in error and it took a while to get them back online.

In many cases, the index film for a record set is restricted while the images of records are available. I know, in some instances, those indexes were created by an organization that contracted with FS to preserve them but did not permit those indexes to be put online.

@StephenDespot It is just Item 3 on this film that contains births up to 1948. It doesn't matter if it is only an index. Permissions are being applied based on the whole film description, as it has not been divided. Eventually all but item 3 should become accessible.

This is one of my big research villages. I research heavily in this area at different times when I get information that needs to be looked at, have been for several years. All of film 2043061 (Image Group 5494381) is locked, no matter what is on it.
All death index pages locked out for years 1830-1948 are Items 1 and 2 on that same film.
I was told a while back, late 2025, about permissions on some Melykut, Hungary films and they were locked out for a few months but eventually told that was a mistake that they shouldn't have been and now have been restored for viewing again. Can we maybe look into this and see if the same mistakes happened here perhaps?

@StephenDespot The difference between this film and those from Melykut is the permission level. This film is still being assigned access rights based on the whole film coverage. I sent in an order to clean up the individual item number metadata and that might open up all but Item 3, but I can't guarantee it will happen right away.
