How to request restrictions be reviewed?

How can I request that visibility restrictions be reviewed with the record custodian?

The Czech Republic 1921 census was digitized by FamilySearch. It is now freely available on the record custodian's web site (government site). However, it cannot be viewed on the FamilySearch site. Since all the other census years are visible on FamilySearch, I'm guessing it is a time-based restriction that has now expired but not yet been reviewed for approval.

Example on custodian site (1921 viewable): https://www.mza.cz/scitacioperaty/digisada/detail/9526
Example on FamilySearch site (1921 not viewable): https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/catalog/olib:3370599

    @Jon Andersen
    Various factors may come into play for a DGS that cannot be viewed. There may be contractual restrictions as well as time limits.

    @SerraNola could you take a look, please? Thanks.

    @Jon Andersen It does appear the restriction of this census is intentional but I can't say if it is contractual or internal policy. It's quite possible the rules could change in the near future so I would advise to keep checking.
