While working with a guest we came across the record linked below. The link in the image box sends us to a corrupt link. I do not see a Feedback button.

I do not know if you came across this record as a hint, as a source, or some other way, but it is found in one of the Italian state archive collections in which many of the records are restricted. The padlock on the record is a good indication that it is locked.
This record group is called Processetti, which contains supporting documentation required for Italian civil marriages. Because they have been published on the archive website, most of the images and indexes for these "packets" of records are not accessible on FamilySearch, regardless of the marriage date.
The image for the record you referenced can be found here. Perhaps one of our Italian experts can provide an accurate transcription, as this has been poorly indexed by AI. Despite what you see on the index, it is not an 1816 birth record for Felice Martino. Instead, as best I can tell it is an 1820 birth record for Antonia Pedi, the bride in this 1841 marriage packet. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
I often think when the indexing is this bad and images cannot be shown to allow editing, it does more harm than good to publish a record like this. Please tell your guest to always validate what is found on the record with the actual document. I shudder to think how many like this one have already been attached.
If your question was about why the "link" was corrupted, it's likely that permissions changed after the hint was generated or the source was created.

SerraNola @SerraNola is correct. Image 911/1073 is the extract of the birth record for Antonia Pedi (Peri?) and is part of the Marriage Processetti (documents submitted to apply for a civilly recognized marriage) for her marriage noted below.
In this case, it is extremely fortunate to find this extract because the actual birth records for Montebello for 1820 are missing. So, if your guest has indeed come across the correct marriage, then this would be the only available copy of the bride's birth record.
In summary, Image 911 of 1073 states:
Extract from the register of births from the civil records office for Montebello - Number 43 - the year 1820, 13th day of the month of September.
Before me, Domenico Alati, mayor and civil official of the Town of Montebello, appeared Catarina Zampaglione, aged 70, midwife, who stated that at 8 a.m. on the day stated was born a baby girl to Antonino Pedi and Domenica Toscano, born within a legitimate marriage, both living in this town, and named the baby Antonia.If it helps, #7 on the right side of this page is the actual marriage of Giuseppe Romeo and Antonia Pedi - reported to/civilly recognized by the civil office 11-Sep-1841 but which took place in the church 21-Sep-1841. https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua20047001/LpYJXxJ?lang=en

Thank you all for your comments! Our guest was specifically looking for information about Felice Martino, so he will be disappointed to learn that the indexing was so far off. He found it by searching for the specific collection. Thank you again!

@lorraineanderson1 A pleasure to help.
Should your guest have a few more details about Felice Martino such as the names/births of his children, his dates of birth/death and related locations, there's a lot of us in the Italy Group that would be more than happy to look into him. Even a link to Felice on the FSFT or PID would help get started.
