What do we put for Sra., Señora in Quick Name Review

I know we are told to type what we see, but it seems important for researchers looking for just a woman to know her last married name when listed as a couple, ie. for Godparents, in a Quick Name Review of a baptism. Do we type Señora Arias in the example below to identify her? If she is one of the Godparents then she should be identified, is that right?

@Mary Rice In Quick name review you would just accept "Senora" Putting the names together would be done later in Full name review. Each area has its own purpose. Thanks for your work and questions.

If you're in Quick name review you're just looking for the name that is highlighted. I dont see anything highlighted in your screenshot. Could you share it showing the highlighted text please.

@bjmurph Yes. I will find another one as this batch has been returned. This group of Spanish speaking baptisms have many señor and señora words highlighted.
