How to attach word documents to Memories
At FamilySearch Centers the program used by FamilySearch is Libre Office. But a word document of that type is not accepted by Memories, and it looks like the only types are photo files with the exception of pdf files, and Libre Office files cannot be converted to pdf at FamilySearch Centers.

@Marv White Here are a few quick options to try:
• Check LibreOffice Writer to see if you can open your text file and use File → Export As → Export as PDF — the help section indicates this feature should be available.
• Some FamilySearch Centers now use OpenOffice, which also exports to PDF. It’s worth asking your center if they have it or plan to upgrade.
• You can also use the Snipping Tool: select the part of the document you need, press Ctrl + S, and save it. It will save as a .jpg, which uploads easily to Memories.Hope one of these will work for you!
