More Groups that could be closed

In the Community Groups post, @Sam Sulser noted that several Community groups were being closed because they were inactive or redundant. Here are some others that might be considered:

• New Homepage: Share Your Feedback — there hasn't been a relevant post since September.
• Person Page — Only 4 posts in the last year, one of which was asking if the group should be closed!
• Tree Pedigree Views — Only 3 posts in the last 10 months, and one wasn't on topic.
