How do you add "greyed out suggestions" to your tree?
I'm new to this site and am so frustrated with some of the functions. I would love to add the people that are suggested as they are correct. However, I've searched for over a half hour and asked questions and I just can't figure it out. I've added a photo to explain what I mean.
How do I add them to my tree? Please help. Thank you.

Hi @kareneemiller and welcome. I'll you a few points about the FamilySearch Family Tree (which is what you are looking at).
The Family Tree is a single tree consisting of profiles (i.e. people) relating to deceased individuals. There is no concept in the Family Tree of "your tree" or "my tree". It's a collaborative effort where any user can make changes to any profile, regardless of whether the user is related to the profile person or not. Consequently, you don't have to do anything to the profiles that are already there, unless you have other information relating to those people.
You referred to "greyed out suggestions" in the title. I assume from the image that you are referring to Francis Henry Sharratt and Orpha J. Steele. If that is the case, these are not suggestions; they are in the tree. The fact that the profile images appear grey is just because they reflect the pictures that have been assigned to the respective profiles.
If you haven't already done so, you might like to look at the Help and Learning Center and the Getting Started link on that page. With regard to living people, you might look at this help article: How do I add living relatives to a person in Family Tree?

Yes, thank you. What I don't understand is how on earth to fix the greyed-out areas for the tree. I've searched the help and learning center and can't find anything to fix it. I'm not even positive what to put in the search field. It definitely didn't understand my "grey" reference, so i worded it differently and nothing worked. I have an old account on this site that I can't access anymore and I was the person who originally added those photos of Henry Sharratt & Orpha Steele to Family Search. I know it's all correct, so why is it greyed out and why can't I fix it? I appreciate your help but this is something I just can't figure out.
Anyone?

I'm confused as to what is meant by "greyed-out" and as to what needs to be fixed. The profiles with the gray pictures are attached to the tree and are clickable.
Which ID numbers are problematic?

I went to the tree and they are there. The photos were contributed by SharratBenton but the quality of the photo from which the images were taken is very poor. There is an image of Frances Henry Sharratt also in his memories section but someone has chosen to use his signature instead of that image. You can go to familysearch and seek out that person and see all of the work and records for them. If you can log in as yourself you would find out that they are indeed on your family tree already as long as your section of the tree goes out that far. If doesn't then you will need to extend your tree and merge in with this tree.
You certainly can access this tree again but will need to create a new account to do so. If you are a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and are using your Church account you may need to get help from someone in the ward to help you access it again. If not you can use the forgot login forgot password messages to log in again. You may need add yourself again and any living parents in order to link into the tree again. When you do so you will not be creating a new tree but linking into the one that is already there.
