Can we get an 'add entry' function?
Whether or not its needed, it would ease my mind if we had an add entry function in full name indexing. The kind of thing you would use when you find 2 first names and middle initials highlighted on a single entry and wish to make sure that one of them doesn't get missed.

With 2 first/Given names, I enter No in Step 1 then I add/highlight any missing surname, then I detach the 2nd/other first name and complete that review. If I continue reviewing that document, the Given name I detached usually shows up already highlighted and ready to review by itself. If that detached name doesn't come up again for me, I assume it will be caught in another review of the same document (I only review 5-10 names at a time but I review for about 30 minutes at a sitting), Hope this helps reassure you that no name is missed in Full Name Review.
