An album has been Shared with me. How do I add it to my albums?
An album has been Shared with me. It opens in my FS account just fine. There FS gives me the option of selecting one or multiple images and then in Actions lets me Create a new album and gives the option to add the photo to the new album. Of course, when you check the new album it is not added. I assume that is because I did not create the image BUT why does FS let me go all through that process with the expectation it will work. Why not alert the patron that you can only save in Albums photos you have "created"?? Or since these photos have been shared with me why can't I create my own album???

You are correct in your testing above - as this is NOT your album, you can't do much with the Memories. (Though it looks like it allows you to select and choose several actions—you actually can't do any of those actions. I will share this detail with the Memories Team. This should be corrected).
However, here is something you can do:
If you really want a particular memory, you can always open it in the Memory Viewer and "download" that memory.
Here is a better option when working with the whole shared album:
If you have an album that has been shared with you, the best option is to select the "Bookmark" option in the top right of the screen. (Use the link that allows you access into that shared album. Then select the "Bookmark" option.)
This Album will then be added to the "Bookmarks" section of your Gallery (seen on the left side-bar in your Gallery). It isn't YOUR Album, but you will be able to access this shared album going forward. Warning: If the owner of the album makes changes to the album, those changes will be reflected when you click that Album link in your Bookmarks section.

The "bookmarks" help prompted another question. If I go to Memories on my phone I do not see how to get to the "bookmark" items there. Are "bookmarks" somewhere in Memories on my phone? Thanks

@rexlamarjames1 When you say that you "go to Memories on [your] phone," are you talking about the Memories app, or are you viewing Memories on the FamilySearch website in your browser?
The Memories app has not implemented every feature on the website, and Bookmarks are not available on the app. That's also true for the Memories capabilities in the Family Tree app.
But if you view your Memories Gallery on the FamilySearch website in a browser on your phone, you can access the Bookmarks just fine.

After talking with the Memories Team, it does indeed appear that you have discovered a bug.
BUG: If you open a Shared Album / then you click to Select any of those memories / the Action: "Add to Album" does not work—and it should.
FOR NOW: If you open a Shared Album / you will need to click on an individual memory, which takes you into the Memory Viewer / from there, you can "Add to Album" by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner.
The Memories Team will be working on a fix for this.
