FS seach page and adding files

A few days ago when I was on FS I couldn't add files to my tree and also could not bring up the
Find by Name dialog box, Search page as well as a few other things. Can Anyone tell me if these problems has been fixed yet and if it was a glitch on the web page. I kept getting an 'OOPS' page coming up when I tried any of the above actions. Any help / answers appreciated.

Are your operating system and browser up to date? Do you have the same problems if you use a different browser?
