Can't Display "Hint" record for WWI Draft Registration Records

On my computer at home, I received a Research Help (ie. Hint) for several individual profiles for the "United States, World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918" collection. When I click on the Hint to attach as a Source to an individual, I receive the following message "We're Unable to Show this Record. This record can only be displayed on certain accounts."

Is there any further explanation for this.
