Image not appearing when translation request is posted

Why are images not appearing when a person requests a translation in the German Research community? — the person's written request is posted but the image is not — it makes it look like the person forgot to attach the image. If the image is being reviewed before it is displayed it certainly would be helpful to both the requestor AND the translator if a message could be added saying that the image is being reviewed before it is posted.

I'm now seeing pictures of an hourglass in the thread to which I think you are referencing. I suppose that at least indicates that something was supposed to be there.

Latin translation please. — FamilySearch Community

I do see pictures in other threads in that group. And yes, a message indicating why an image isn't being displayed would be of value to everyone working on that thread.

Thank you @David Alan Webber for your response.

I am familiar with the blue screen and the hourglass which does indicate that the image is pending. This is not what I am referring to.

At times you will find a request where the requestor explains in a message what they would like translated and they indicate an image is attached BUT there is no image attached and there is no blue screen with the hourglass There is simply nothing there. Sometimes it does mean that the requestor forgot to attach the image but sometimes it means that FamilySearch has removed the image and is reviewing it to see if the image is restricted in any way. It's these situations where a message indicating that the image is under review would be very helpful.
