We have the Lexmark Printer wired into the FamilySearch computers.
It's asking for the same information I use to log into FamilySearch, which I did before going to the printer.
Why would it not take the same username and password?

@Anna Davison1 It’s possible the printers are hooked up to a different system, which might explain why you’re being asked to log in again—just a security step to keep everything safe. I’ve noticed I’m having to sign in multiple times too, not just on FamilySearch, but pretty much across all apps and websites.

The username and password MUST be the FamilySearch account username and password, NOT your Church account username and password.
